Dr. Ganesh Natarajan is Vice Chairman & CEO of Zensar Technologies, and Board Member of RPG Enterprises.
Ganesh chairs Innovation, Intellectual Property and Knowledge for the Confederation of Indian Industry and is a member of the Chairmen’s Council of industry association NASSCOM.
Ganesh was conferred with the Asia Pac Entrepreneur Award by Enterprise Asia in 2010 and has also been recognised by Ernst & Young for exceptional leadership.
He is the author of four McGraw Hill Books on Business Process Reengineering and Knowledge Management and other publications on change and inspired leadership.

Lavanya Jayaram:
Lavanya Jayaram is Associate Vice President and Head of Marketing and Sales Enablement at Zensar Technologies.
With nearly 15 years’ experience in the field she is a seasoned Marketing and Communications professional.
She has also held roles in Strategy, Business Development, and Skill Development Initiatives.
Lavanya has done her Bachelors’ in Journalism, Literature and Psychology, and her Masters in Communication Studies.
